The check-in time is 4:00pm. If you require an earlier check-in please let us know your arrival time and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
The check-out time at all properties is 11:00am. If a late check out is required, kindly let us know the day prior to your departure and we will try our best to satisfy your needs.
Yes, Reception service on all properties is available 24 hours a day.
A high-speed wireless internet connection is available throughout all hotel properties and in all rooms. If needed, a Business Center is located in the lobby area of the Bay Gardens Beach Resort & Spa, Bay Gardens Hotel and Bay Gardens Inn.
Yes, we can look after your luggage. If at check-in your room is not ready, or in case of early checkout, we will happily store your luggage for you at the reception desk.

Yes, two children 12 and under stay for free (accompanied by an adult). In addition, if you have booked a meal plan, two kids 12 and under eat free on the same meal plan as their parents when dining off the kid's menu.
Yes, the pipe borne water in Saint Lucia is safe to drink. However, as a precaution, we recommend bottled water.
All of our properties are centrally situated in the heart of Saint Lucia’s entertainment capital, Rodney Bay Village. You are within walking distance of a wide variety of shopping facilities as well as many highly rated restaurants, bars, and Saint Lucia’s only Casino.
The Rodney Bay Medical and Diagnostic Center is located just 5 minutes (walk) away from the Bay Gardens Hotel and Inn and about 10 minutes (drive) away from the Bay Gardens Marina Haven, Waters Edge Villas, and the Bay Gardens Beach Resort & Spa.
Smoking is only permitted in designated areas outside of the property and is not permitted in the rooms or room balconies.
Our shuttle service runs every hour to take you from the Bay Gardens Hotel, the Bay Gardens Inn, or the Bay Gardens Marina Haven to the Bay Gardens Beach Resort & Spa and back. The shuttle service generally runs from mid-morning (after 9:00am) to late evening (before10:00pm). Please check with reception at your respective property for exact shuttle times.

In Saint Lucia, the standard voltage is 240V and the frequency is 50Hz. A transformer may be required for American appliances. Outlets are three-prong UK style and adapters may be needed for European or American style devices. In some rooms, guests will have access to 110 volts, American style outlets charge ports are available in all rooms for USB charging of phones, laptops and other items that are DUAL VOLTAGE ONLY. Adapters are also available at reception if needed (refundable deposit applies).

We do offer taxi transfer services from both George FL Charles Airport (SLU) and Hewanorra International Airport (UVF) or from the ferry terminal to the hotel that can be pre-booked at an additional cost.

Yes, we do have adjoining rooms at Bay Gardens Beach Resort & Spa, Bay Gardens Hotel, Bay Gardens Inn and Bay Gardens Marina Haven. If you require adjoining rooms, please request them when making your booking or book a 2 bedroom suite at Bay Gardens Beach Resort & Spa or Bay Gardens Hotel. Reservation(s) require a deposit equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of accommodation with taxes to secure each booking on a definite basis. The payment of any outstanding balance (incidentals) is to be made on check-out. However, a form of payment must be provided on the check-in to allow for incidentals to be billed to your account.
Water's Edge Villas by Bay Gardens Resorts comprises of two private villas surrounded by lush tropical gardens and the incredible views of the Rodney Bay Marina. Each vacation-rental villa features four bedrooms, living rooms, a private pool, and private parking. The villas are fully air-conditioned, uniquely designed, and come with all the amenities, features, and services of the Bay Gardens brand. The villas are located within a 5-minute walk from the Bay Gardens Beach Resort & Spa. Guests staying at the villas have access to the facilities of all Bay Gardens Resorts including Coral Kids Club, Splash Island Water Park, and non-motorized watersports.
