To Guarantee the Perfect Stay
Minimum Stay Requirement: Minimum nights: 5 nights between Dec 20, 2010 and January 2, 2011.
Deposit Policy: For reservations 3 nights or less FULL PAYMENT is required and for reservations exceeding 3 nights a DEPOSIT equivalent to 3 nights accommodation is REQUIRED to SECURE each booking. The balance of the accommodation will be charged at CHECK IN at the Resort.
Cancellation Policy: 14 days prior to the arrival date in Winter (17th Dec to 16th May) and 7 days prior to in Summer (17th May to 16th Dec).
Cancellation Penalty: The full deposit amount is forfeited if cancellation is NOT made within the cancellation policy periods specified. The same penalty applies for No Show Reservations and Premature Departures.
Group bookings: A group block is based on 15 or more rooms. A deposit of 50% is required at the time of confirmation and the balance payable 60 to 30 days prior to the arrival date.
